The Business Value Architect
Magyar Business Consulting supports you in formulating goals, developing winning strategies, planning daily activities, and achieving desired results. In this way you stay ahead of competitors, you ensure continuity of your company, you achieve better results. Founded by Lajos Magyar: Engineer by Training. Entrepreneur by Blood. Fixer by Choice.
Who is behind the scenes?
Background: I grew up in an environment where business was the dinner table conversation, developing a P&L intuition long before I earned my degree. My career began with grease under my fingernails as a car mechanic, a journey that led me to become a Mechanical Engineer and eventually an international business leader. That “bottom-up” foundation is the core of Magyar Business Consulting: I speak the “language of the machine” and deeply understand the reality of the shop floor.
The Experience: My perspective is forged from high-stakes results. I founded and scaled a logistics powerhouse, LTS Logistic Group, which I successfully sold after a decade of growth. More recently, I orchestrated strategic developments for Tesla’s GFT/GFB projects. In this role, I managed the commercial lifecycle of multi-million euro production equipment and bridged the gap between complex industrial engineering and C-suite ROI.

Our Mission Today
Today, I act as a Business Value Architect for MSE and Enterprise organizations. I step into the “grey areas” of enterprise projects to audit GTM strategies, identify revenue leakage, and ensure that Industry 4.0 technology actually serves the people meant to use it.
Whether we are implementing MES and IIoT frameworks for Tier-1 automotive partners or building high-yield partner ecosystems across the EMEA region, my goal remains the same: transforming complex industrial challenges into structured, profitable growth.

Prices
The services are provided as much as possible and preferably on the basis of standard working methods and processes. This makes a competitive price/performance ratio possible and a clear cost indication can be given in advance.
